Choosing A Plan:
You will want your home to meet your particular lifestyle and needs. When you work with us, you can choose either a standard modular plan, or one of our own, unique plans. We have literally hundreds of plans to choose from. Plus, Fox can customize any plan to meet your particular needs. Alternatively, you can choose to sit down with our in-house architectural designer and engineer and design your dream home.

Choosing Your Specifications:
Customer tastes vary, which is why we offers more standard options than anyone else. With a variety of standard cabinet options, flooring choices, and other selections to finish your home, you're sure to find styles and colors that suit your personal tastes.

Perhaps hardwood floors, Corian countertops, or whirlpools are more your style. No problem. Just ask us about our modular and site-installed upgrades. The fact is, we can take just about any idea and turn it into your reality.

A "Turn Key" Project:
Here, Fox serves as your general contractor. We will obtain - or help you obtain - the land, do all the necessary excavation and site work, pour the foundation, set the home, coordinate plumbing, electrical and heating installation and finish the home to your specification. From site selection to finishing touches, we'll make sure you are 100% satisfied.

A "Set Only" Project:
Here, you serve as the general contractor on the project. You hire and coordinate all subcontractors, as well as personally oversee the excavation, foundation, and installation of mechanical systems. Fox coordinates the design, ordering and delivery of your home and installation of your home on the foundation (a "set"). Should you opt for a "Set Only" project, we'll assist you in ensuring that the project is a success.

After deciding on the plan, the specifications, and the type of project you want, we will create a cost proposal. This cost proposal will explain what type of home you are getting and provide you with a budgeted cost for the project. Our knowledgeable staff will take the time to explain this cost proposal so that you do not have unexpected surprises throughout your project.
